The Seven Seas Cruising Association (SSCA) plans to hold its 35th Annual Melbourne Gam from November 12 to 14 at the Eau Gallie Civic Center in Melbourne, Fla. The event will include seminars on diesel care and troubleshooting, boat insurance, marine refrigeration, weather, bluewater skills, rigging, communications, first aid and more. Roundtable discussions will focus on cruising destinations and there will be a special session “Miami to the Dry Tortugas – Exploring the Florida Keys” by Mark Doyle.
The general meeting is open to all members. There will be a vendor appreciation and camaraderie cocktail party on Friday evening followed by an international buffet on Saturday night.
Dockage is available at the Waterline Marina within walking distance of the Civic Center.
