This video from Lyman-Morse Boatbuilders in Thomaston, Maine gives you an idea of the team work and precision required in building a hull using cold molding. The boat, Anna, was designed by Stephens Waring Yacht Design and the video was shot by marine photographer Alison Langley (whose work has graced several ON covers over the years!).
Lyman-Morse has this to say about the video: "Our in-house production-design team and CAD engineers work with precision to choreograph the information delivered from SWYD, making the planking of the first three layers of the cold-molded hull a seamless endeavor. We gave ourselves a 2-hour window to complete this section and beat it with a half hour to spare!"
