At 10:00a.m. of August the 22nd, Drew Pearson, Capt. of the Coast Guard Sector San Juan, alerted all ports in the US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico of incoming Tropical Storm Isaac by setting Port Condition YANKEE.
Ports are now only open to outbound traffic, and all 200+ ton vessels were advised to depart (all others being advised to prepare for gale force winds as necessary).
