Lining up at the Maine Boatbuilders Show

With economic conditions what they are, you might think everyone is staying home waiting for the storm to blow over. But that’s not the case for the intrepid attendees of the Maine Boatbuilder’s Show. This image shows the view out our office window on the first morning of the show here in Portland. At Ocean Navigator and Professional Mariner magazines, we are lucky to have our offices right next door to the old locomotive assemble sheds where the show is held. If you are in the vicinity, this is a easily one of the boat shows with the most character you’ll find. Check out the show site for more information: www.portlandcompany.com/boatShow/
