The Product of Excellence awards are voted on by professional marine electronics installing NMEA Dealers, qualified NMEA technicians and fellow marine electronics manufacturers.

The GOST Apparition SM GPS XVR is the most powerful, customizable and user friendly GOST security system ever released and is the only system on the market offering the capability of security, monitoring, tracking and surveillance, integrated together in one system. The entire system communicates over both cellular and Inmarsat Geostationary Satellite networks, allowing for true global coverage. The GOST Apparition can be controlled via a free app, key fob or the new simplified, user friendly touchscreen keypads, available in 5- or 7- inch displays. The new Universal Control Unit, the core of the system, provides the logic for up to 32 wireless sensors, 12 relays and 32 key fobs, while supplying a full battery backup. The system includes, wireless completely independent door/hatch contacts, infrared beam sensors, deck pressure sensors. high water sensors, DC battery low voltage, AC shore power loss, and smoke detectors, to name a few. The internal 4G/3G GSM communicator provides communication for the app as well as to send/receive text/SMS messages for two-way communication via text to arm/disarm as well as provide notifications of events onboard. The GOST Apparition SM GPS XVR also includesan all-in-one video recording system, is compatible with up to eight 1080P analog cameras and/or ONVIF protocol IP cameras and is capable of saving up to three months of the highest resolution footage with its four terabyte hard drive while allowing for live streaming off the boat of footage.
