Cruisers’ Winter Workshop


The Annapolis School of Seamanship will launch a new Cruisers’ Winter Workshop to be held January 23 and 24 at the Maritime Institute of Technology and Graduate Studies in Linthicum Heights, Md. Presenters for the two-day conference include Ocean Navigator contibuting editor and marine consultant Steve D’Antonio, Ocean Navigator contributing writer Ralph Naranjo, former Senior Marine Meteorologist for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, weather forecaster Lee Chesneau and John Martino, founder and president of Annapolis School of Seamanship.

The presentations will cover a variety of topics including voyage planning, marine weather, onboard systems and collision avoidance.
