The Shipyard Cup is back this summer. This spectacular mid-coast Maine big boat-racing event began in 2002 with support from founding sponsors Hodgdon Yachts of East Boothbay and Boothbay Region Boatyard of Southport.
Past races have showcased some of the most magnificent yachts afloat, including Whisper, Whitehawk, Virago, Windcrest and Aschanti. The race is limited to yachts longer than 70 feet and is run under Bucket Protocol racing rules.
